Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,

Jesus spent much of His ministry reaching out and bringing people together. As His followers, we are called to do the same by seeking reconciliation.

I invite you, and suggest you invite others, to meet with me, and and the Diocesan Tribunal staff to talk about marriage issues that may have affected your life in relationship to the Church.

Please join us on February 11, 2016 at Good Shepherd in Frankfort or at other times and places that are detailed here.

No matter how long you have been away from the sacraments, I hope to have the opportunity to meet with you at one of these sessions.

Queridos hermanos y hermanas en el Señor,
Jesús pasó gran parte de Su ministerio llegando a mucha gente y uniéndola. Como sus Seguidores, estamos llamados a hacer lo mismo mediante la búsqueda de la reconciliación. Les invito y sugiero que inviten a otros a que se encuentren conmigo y con el personal del Tribunal Diocesano para tratar temas matrimoniales que puedan haber afectado su vida en lo referente a la Iglesia. No puedo ofrecerles soluciones instantáneas o curas milagrosas para los problemas o dicultades que hayan surgido de lazos matrimoniales anteriores, pero sí les ofrezco mis cuidados sinceros en un esfuerzo para que puedan buscar la manera que eventualmente les conduzca a la reconciliación con la Iglesia. Tendremos personas disponibles para discutir sus preocupaciones especícas después de dos presentaciones generales breves. No importa cuánto tiempo hayan estado fuera de sacramentos, espero tener la oportunidad de reunirse con ustedes en una de estas sesiones nocturnas.
