The Parish Pastoral Council  (PPC) represents all parishioners and advises the pastor on all aspects of the parish.  The members also serve as liaisons to other committees of the parish.  All parishioners are welcome to attend the Parish Pastoral Council meetings. The PPC usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm in the Parish Life Center. Meetings are open to the public.

The Hispanic Committee helps coordinate our parish ministry and activities in Spanish such as Mass in Spanish, Our Lady of Guadalupe celebrations, special Holy Week presentations, and more.

• Reviewing budgets and monthly financial statements
• Reviewing monthly offertory
• When necessary, reviewing new financing for loan
• Sharing annual and quarterly Profit & Loss statements with Parish

The Good Shepherd School Council serves as an advisory group for the Principal and Pastor and is made up of appointed and elected members.  The School Council usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the School Library and meetings are open to the public. 

The purpose of the School Council is to provide policy direction for the educational programs of the school, promote the implementation of said policies, and to ensure that all local policies are in accord with the intent and spirit of the policies established for the school system by the Diocese of Lexington Board of Education.
