BUSINESS MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER - Pax Christi Catholic Church is now accepting applications for an integral role in the administration and stewardship of the church. The Full Time Business Manager/Bookkeeper position serves as steward of physical, financial and personnel resources of the parish and works collaboratively with the Pastor and other staff members to integrate effective parish management within the overall parish mission.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and/or equivalent knowledge through years of experience in an office and personnel management position. Applicants should also display an aptitude for general financial operations such as accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, reconciliation and purchasing. Further, candidates should be proficient in coordinating volunteer efforts for a variety of parish programs. Essential skillsets include, but are not limited to, records management, financial compliance regulations and effective communication/reporting capabilities.

PASTORAL ASSOCIATE - Pax Christi Catholic Church is accepting applications for the key role of Pastoral Associate. This full time position is commissioned to nurture and continually develop a sense of community within the parish, fostering an atmosphere in which free and generous sharing of gifts for the good of the community is a priority.
Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in pastoral ministry, theology, scripture, liturgy, or a closely related field of religious study and/or equivalent working experience in a similar field. Only practicing Roman Catholic candidates with a direct participation of at least three (3) years in parish ministry will be considered. Additional expected acumen include, but are not limited to, knowledge of sacramental rites, liturgy of the word, prayer, homiletics, canon law, annulment processes, administration, team ministry, budgeting and finance.
