The Good Shepherd Peace and Justice Committee invites parishioners to consider giving a week of your time serving the people of northeastern Kentucky. Our mission to the Fr. Beiting Appalachian Mission Center in Louisa, Ky. is scheduled for the week of April 12-18, 2015.

We will help the Center with a variety of the ministries they serve, depending on the skills of our volunteers, while also praying and reflecting together. A background check and VIRTUS training are required during the preparation process. The Fr. Beiting Center also requests $75 per person, because they provide dormitory rooms for volunteers.
