As you walk, here are five different ways to use your beads as you pray 1) express gratitude for 50 things, 2) think of 5 people to pray for and express 10 things about each of them, 3) ask for guidance on 5 things going on in your life or 4) review your day - if walking in the morning, review the day ahead and ask for guidance; if walking in the evening, acknowledge both the good and the "needs improving" happenings; and finally, 5) say the rosary! Your walk will be over before you know it!
